  Gel blasters are classified as imitation firearms under California Penal Code §20150.
  Only fully transparent or brightly colored models may be sold.
  For safety, we restrict sales of most gel blasters to California.
• New Jersey
  Gel blasters are legally considered firearms under New Jersey law.
  Sale, possession, and shipment require a firearms purchaser identification card.
  We do not ship gel blasters to New Jersey.
• New York City (all 5 boroughs)
  Imitation firearms are banned under NYC Administrative Code §10-131.
  Gel blasters cannot be sold, shipped, or possessed within NYC limits.
• Chicago (Illinois)
  Under Chicago Municipal Code §8-20-085, imitation firearms are prohibited.
  Gel blasters cannot be shipped to Chicago addresses.
• Washington D.C.
  Gel blasters and other imitation firearms are illegal in the District of Columbia.
• Arkansas
  Sale to minors without parental consent is prohibited.
  Use of gel blasters in public areas is restricted.
  We do not ship gel blasters to minors in Arkansas.
• Delaware
  Gel blasters may not be sold or shipped to minors.
  Adult buyers are required.
