How to order?
To order, simply visit our website.
You only have to choose the items of your choice by clicking on "Add to cart".
Then, click in your shopping cart (the small cart at the top right of our site) and click on "Payment".

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card and Paypal.

I can't pay for it.

Please check your card number, the type of card used, the expiry date and the visual cryptogram on the back of the card. If the problem persists, try using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari...) or another payment method.



My coupon code doesn't work.

We know that you love great deals, and promotional codes allow you to take advantage of great discounts on certain products. However, these codes do not apply to all of our categories. Many sites with which we are not partners do not take these elements into account, nor the validity period, and provide you with incomplete or erroneous information. Each promotional code has a limited duration and number of use in time. No refund will be made retroactively, if the coupon code has not worked.


I have received only part of my order. Is that normal?


No worries! This is quite normal because items can be shipped in several packages.

The order is indicated as delivered but I did not receive it
This may be a error, but very often the problem is solved by doing the following things:
Ask your neighbours if they did not receive the order for you.
Go directly to the post office to pick it up.
You have 7 days to notify us if a parcel is indicated as delivered but you have not received it. Beyond this deadline, we will not be able to consider the package as stolen or lost.



The order is returned to the sender

Australia Post can return an order if the address provided or the name on the mailbox is incorrect. In this case, you will be notified by email and we will precede a forwarding.

Please contact us with your full address and the name on the mailbox.

Where's my order?

During the expedition, an email is sent to you confirming the expedition. By clicking on "View my order" you will be able to track the package (s) by clicking on the tracking number (s). You will be redirected to the Australia Post tracking page.

The tracking number does not work

It takes several days before the tracking of the parcel is taken into account by the services of Australian Post. If the follow-up does not work after one week, contact us.

The status of my order hasn't changed in several days

Not all steps are necessarily updated on follow-up. However, if there is no change in 10 days, please contact us.



Confirmation email not received

A confirmation email is sent automatically after each order. If you did not receive it, it may be for the following reasons:

The email is in your Spam box
The email entered when ordering is not correct. In this case, please contact us, we will correct it with the correct email address and we will send you the emails you should have received.


I did not receive my tracking number

We transmit the tracking numbers within 48 hours after placing your order on our site. After this deadline, please contact us.


Can I cancel or modify an order?

Orders are usually processed within 12 hours of ordering. So, in order to cancel or modify the order, please send us an email to contact@gelblastergun.com within 12 hours of ordering. 

If the deadline is exceeded, you will always have the possibility to return the package once received.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
