    WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

     

    Depends the shipping method, the weight and your address, it is calculated when you place the order.



    WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES FOR PREPARING THE ORDER?

    Preparation times are between 1 to 3 working days.

    Large orders, special orders, upgraded products and customised products can take longer to process. 

    The packages are shipped from Monday to Friday. 


    WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

    For US customers, The products are delivered in 1-8 days. It depends the shipping method and your area. 

    For international customers, the delivery times are 8-25 days.

     

    WHICH CARRIER TAKES CARE OF THE DELIVERY?

    For US customers, Orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. 

    For INTERNATIONAL customers, orders are delivered by DHL and LOCAL POST. 

      

    WHEN IS THE DELIVERY DUE?

    Your order will be delivered by mail at any time of the day from Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 9 pm and Saturday, between 7 am and 2 pm.
    If you are absent at the time of delivery and your parcel does not enter your mailbox, the shipping companies reserves the right to drop off your parcel at the post office nearest to you or a third party.
